Definitely having some sort of anxiety thing going on right now. Can’t sleep, having intrusive, terrible thoughts and worrying about it makes me even more anxious. This is awful, I need sleep. And today has been awesome, just like every day has been for a long time. It makes no sense. I’m happy, satisfied and I’m so, so lucky. I know this. Then why can’t I catch my breath?

I am constantly feeling restless and tired at the same time. I’m excited and scared, and so ready for everything and then not ready at all. I want to meet new people and travel but at the same time I just want to stay in bed all day. It’s all these changes, I don’t know what to do with myself. It’s terrible and exhilarating all at the same time. So many things are going on! It’s amazing.

Back to watching Dexter. I’ve missed them. Teen Wolf is on hold for now, along with SPN. I constantly feel like I should be more active, more creative, but maybe I’m just not bored enough.

We’ll finish editing the short film tomorrow, finally. Then I think I’ll put the TV series on hold, and create something with my hands. I’m running out of art supplies, and money as well, though.. oh, the life of a poor young adult!

Here’s what I’ve been reading for the last two days.. One is quite entertaining, while the other one is rather awful. I’ve given them both a short review on my Goodreads account, which I don’t usually remember to do. But I’m going to get better at it, I promise!
The books are The Gathering by Kelly Armstong and Invisibility by Andrea Cremer and David Levithan (in case some of you don’t understand Danish).
I’d recommend The Gathering if you like House of Night or any other ‘I’m suddenly a magical human being with no prior knowledge of anything resembling magic and also now I’m I love with the new guy’-YA novel. It is a fun read, though.
I don’t think I’d recommend Invisibility to anyone, though. I finished it, not because I wanted to, but because I needed to. It’s a curse.

Teen Wolf 1.01

Okay, so Stiles was definitely not as I had expected from all the GIFs floating around. And the overall episode seemed.. Corny. But it’s a pilot, and those usually aren’t as great as they could’ve been. Definitely going to give it a decent chance when I’ve got the time!

Also, I just finished reading The Fault in Our Stars. I haven’t cried this much in months. Incredible.

True stuff.

I’m finally going to watch that Teen Wolf-series that everyone here is so crazy about.. Apparently it’s on the Danish/Nordic version of Netflix, but not the US one. Huh. Oh well. I’m quite excited! It better be a good show, this Teen Wolf..

Going to York!

So.. Yeah.. I’ve booked a week-long trip to York in October, where I’m going to be part of an archaeology course in the middle of the city. I’m so excited! It’s such a great opportunity for me - I’ve got the chance to make some connections in York before I’ll (hopefully) get my Masters degree at York University. So despite the fact that things are moving slow, they are moving forward at least.
